Santo Domingo de la Calzada is a municipality in Spain, in the province of La Rioja, in La Rioja. On 1 January 2025 it had 6,441 inhabitants according to the INE municipal register (padrón), over an area of about 40.2 km².

As the crow flies it lies about 41 km west of Logroño, the provincial capital. The nearest major city is Bilbao, about 90 km away.
