Santa Cruz de la Palma is a municipality in Spain, in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, on the island of La Palma. On 1 January 2025 it had 15,690 inhabitants according to the INE municipal register (padrón), over an area of about 44.5 km².
Density, at about 353 inhabitants per km², is that of a populous urban area, with residential districts, services and businesses. Of the 32 municipalities in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife with at least 5,000 inhabitants, it is number 17 by population.
