Churriana de la Vega is a municipality in Spain, in the province of Granada, in Andalusia. On 1 January 2025 it had 16,878 inhabitants according to the INE municipal register (padrón), over an area of about 7.1 km².
With about 2,377 inhabitants per km², it is one of the most densely populated areas in the country, part of a large metropolitan area. Of the 41 municipalities in the province of Granada with at least 5,000 inhabitants, it is number 13 by population.
As the crow flies it lies about 6 km south-west of Granada, the provincial capital. The nearest major city is Malaga, about 85 km away.
