Cenes de la Vega is a municipality in Spain, in the province of Granada, in Andalusia. On 1 January 2025 it had 8,254 inhabitants according to the INE municipal register (padrón), over an area of about 7.3 km².
Density, at about 1,131 inhabitants per km², is that of a populous urban area, with residential districts, services and businesses. Of the 41 municipalities in the province of Granada with at least 5,000 inhabitants, it is number 26 by population.
As the crow flies it lies about 6 km south-east of Granada, the provincial capital. The nearest major city is Malaga, about 90 km away.
